1. Do you fulfill special orders(i.e. cakes, off menu items)?

• Unfortunately, no, we do not take special orders.​​​

1. ​I wanted my pastry warmed up! What's the deal?​​

• There are a few reasons we do not warm up pastries to order. First, we do not have a microwave or turbochef(what they use at chains such as Starbucks) on the premises. The oven we use to heat our sandwiches is too hot and will burn the pastries. Second, our pastries are baked fresh, everyday, using no preservatives or stabilizers. If we heated them so soon after baking, the butter inside will melt and result in a greasy mess. Third, we stand behind the quality of all of our products, which means we think they are delicious just as they are, no heating required! We are always open to feedback, so please contact us directly if you need help with your order.

1. Can I pre-order pastries?

• We do not offer pre-orders for our pastry menu, it is first come, first serve. However, you may pre-order any of our breads or desserts at least two days in advance at exploretock.com/vistabakeshop. If you are looking for a large order(more than 24 pastries), please send a message through our contact page and we will see if we can accommodate you.

1. Do you sell your sourdough starter?

• Our starter is not for sale, just come by and ask! If we have some available, we can provide you with it, free of charge.

1. Can I bring my pet with me to the Bakeshop?

• Per health code, we cannot allow pets inside the shop. However, in the spring and summer months, we utilize our outside order/pick-up windows, so you and your pets are welcome to come by!

1. Where can I buy your bread after you are closed?

• We deliver our bread every morning to the local grocery store, Fresh Foods Market!

1. I want to work at the Bakeshop! How do I apply?​​​​

• We are always accepting applications for baristas and bakers! Send a message through our contact page with your resume and a bit about you.​
